Quick fix cook book balsamic roasted pork

  • Two pound pork tenderloins
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbspns honey
  • 2 Tbspns dijon
  • 2 tspns chopped fresh thyme (I used ½ tspn dried)
  1. preheat over to 400 F
  2. cooking spray on pan
  3. put pork in pan and season with salt, pepper, and thyme
  4. whisk wet ingredients tog in small bowl, spoon mix over pork.
  5. roast until internal temp is 160 at thickest part, about 45 minutes, baste every 15 minutes or so
  6. let pork rest about 10 minutes before slicing
